PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARY — ORIGINAL INTERPRETATION, NOT THE OFFICIAL TEXT

Member States may draw on the scientific panel's experts to support their own enforcement work, and may be charged fees whose structure is fixed in the panel's founding implementing act. The Commission facilitates timely access and coordinates this support with the Union AI testing structures so effort is not duplicated. The aim is to ensure every Member State can reach expert help effectively and cost-efficiently.
