2. A moving target, honestly tracked

The EU AI Act and its surrounding instruments change. We date-stamp records, mark superseded dates, and flag what is unverified — but we cannot guarantee that every record is complete, current or error-free at the moment you read it. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on it. The authoritative text is always the Official Journal.

3. Whose content is whose

Plain-language summaries, explanations, analysis and the structure of the datasets on this site are original work © euaicompliant.com. The legal text of the AI Act and other Union instruments is © European Union — we deep-link to it on EUR-Lex rather than reproducing it, and nothing here transfers any rights in it.

You may quote from this site with attribution and a link. Reading by people, search engines and AI agents is welcome — that is what the site is for. Wholesale republication of the datasets, or their incorporation into commercial products, requires a licence: ask us — that conversation is quick.

4. No certification

Nothing on this site certifies, attests or presumes conformity with the AI Act for any system or organisation. We are not a notified body or conformity assessment body, and no output of this site has legal effect under the Act.

5. Sponsorship and independence

Sponsored placements, where present, are clearly labelled. Sponsors have no influence over the legal record, editorial content, or verification decisions on this site.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the site gains features; the date below always reflects the current version. Material changes will be visible here.
