Article 65 — Establishment and structure of the European Artificial Intelligence Board

A European Artificial Intelligence Board is created, with one representative per Member State and the European Data Protection Supervisor attending as observer; the AI Office joins meetings without voting. Representatives serve renewable three-year terms and must hold the national standing needed to coordinate implementation. The Board adopts its own rules by a two-thirds majority and runs standing sub-groups for market surveillance and for notified bodies.
