A high-risk AI system trained and tested on data reflecting the specific geographic, behavioural, contextual or functional setting where it will operate is presumed to meet the Regulation's related data-representativeness requirement. Separately, a system certified, or covered by a statement of conformity, under an EU cybersecurity scheme is presumed to satisfy the cybersecurity requirements, so far as that certificate or statement addresses them.
