PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARY — ORIGINAL INTERPRETATION, NOT THE OFFICIAL TEXT
On a reasoned request from a competent authority, providers must hand over the information and documentation needed to show a high-risk system meets the requirements, written in an official Union language the authority can readily follow. They must also give access to the system's automatically generated logs, so far as those remain under their control. Anything the authority receives stays subject to the confidentiality protections set out elsewhere in the Regulation.
