Slovakia's draft AI legislation creates a new Office for Digital Integrity within the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatisation (MIRRI SR) to coordinate and supervise AI systems, with MIRRI SR acting as general market-surveillance authority and single point of contact and the Office for Standardisation, Metrology and Testing as notifying authority. Sectoral bodies including the Office for Personal Data Protection retain their domains.
