Greece has not appointed any competent authority under Art. 70 and is not on the Commission's notified list. The Ministry of Digital Governance coordinates through a Special Secretariat for Artificial Intelligence and Data Governance created in 2025, and published the Art. 77 list of fundamental-rights authorities in November 2024. Draft implementing legislation was expected during 2026.
